FOX 2 - St. Louis App Reviews

I deleted this once and rebooted phone to download this app again and will not stay open crashes every two seconds. There is no reason for this now days ! Come on get it fixed......

App keeps crashing.

The apps has a tendency to jump while it loads the ads while you scroll and read. This morning the app starts to load, but after about 6 seconds, it turns off and boots you out. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it with no help. This WAS my favorite local news app until these issues started.

As of October 12, 2016 the app crashes after two seconds. Totally useless.

Both my husband and I are frustrated that this app crashes all the time.

Tried a few times to delete re-download and Im done. Shuts down in a matter of seconds. I have to have a reliable source so I can keep the community aware

The app started kicking me out. I uninstalled and reinstalled, that did not work. Please fix.

I used to like this app until I was bombarded with video ads! I get youre trying to make money but youre just losing customers. Good bye app, youve been deleted...

I dislike using this app now. While moving through news feeds, ads are constantly being triggered in my browser. Just forget about it.

I had 3 different news apps at one time. Now this is my only news app. Everything is up to the moment.

App continuously crashes with the notice "Could not load movie" A lot of complaints, but after 5 months of seeking support help, no updates or attempts to fix the app. Clueless and unresponsive behavior Fox2. The upside is that the KMOV app works just fine.

Terrible app and even worse news station.

Nice app, & free. But,TOO MUCH content comes from CNN. Anything obtained from them should be checked by KTVI before reported. Several times this week, Ive read local stories obtained from CNN, that were unconditionally denied by our own local officials. Theres ALREADY a CNN app (for national & world news). These other sources/partners are here too seldom to write our local news. Please, FOX 2, get back to "owning it." Then, its 5 stars.

Though live stream crashes a lot... The volume doesnt seem to work on the iPad Air.. Possibly because it doesnt have a mute button...also at times u will get the page can not be found....

I cant get the stories to load on my ipad. All it does is lock up the entire screen. Terrible.

UPDATE: I came back to try FOX 2 News APP once again My first review was August 2014. It STILL is the worst APP I have used to date. I am using an iPad. Consistently locks up or does not display video. The more I try to watch LIVE portions the worse it gets. Looks like the competition (News 4) will be getting my attention. Their APP keeps on working. Bye Fox 2 News.

So, you find a story you want to read about, click on it, the next window opens that should have the story and it just a sits there, frozen, and locks up completely. You either have to literally put aside your IPad and wait several minutes for the story to appear, or press the "home" button on your IPad in order to shut down the entire news application. This has been going on for months and months! It is pitiful for a news affiliate in a major city.

I do not like your new display. The changes you have made are not user friendly for I Pad mini. A real disappointment !

What incompetent person in your IT dept. created and/or reviewed and approved this update? I like to read fox 2 news on my iPad. As I have a keyboard on my iPad, my iPad is turned lengthwise. This app doesnt recognize that, and wont rotate????? So I have to read my news with my head turned sideways? NO thanks. Ill go back to KSDK app.
